If life after death is assured, what do we do after our soul leaves a physical body before it reincarnates to live another life on Earth? My subjects have described a state of being where the soul is taught lessons by great masters and has access to all the information it needs to learn and grow. The spirit is not just a thing that resides in a body it is eternal energy, created by Source. For humans, accepting death should be as easy as embracing life, because one cannot exist without the other. Life after death is guaranteed because the soul is indestructible. Whatever guidance a soul needs after transitioning the death experience will be provided.

Subjects she covers in her books are for instance, the creation of earth, the build of the pyramids, what happens after we die, and so much more. She bundles them together in themes and categories to create clarity about subjects that people often can only speculate about. She wrote 19 books, that I highly recommend, that are basically transcriptions of her 1:1 past life regression sessions. HER BOOKSĭolores called herself the reporter for lost knowledge, she was very passionate about bringing back knowledge that have been lost through the ages. In this process she found a direct way to communicate to her clients Higher Self, which is what sets this technique apart from many of the other techniques out there.
In the 50 years that she did regressions she always kept evolving and improving her technique. So she created her very own technique, now called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, also known as QHHT. Back in those days there were no books on Past Life Regressions, no internet to look anything up, and also no courses for her to take. This was in the early 60s in the United States. Open-minded as she was, she kept exploring this fascinating new realm.
While doing this work she stumbled upon past lives. Dolores was practising regular hypnosis to help people to kick certain habits.
